Return Policy

At JS Design, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully read our return and exchange policy below.

General Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any of our products.

We offer an exchange or store credit for your next purchase. 

Exchanges or Store Credit: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item(s) for a different size, colour, or style, or receive a store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or discount code to be used on future purchases.


Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Outlet Purchases

Please choose carefully - No Refunds or Exchanges: All items purchased from our outlet section are final sale.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at Jsdesignwear@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return address (Christchurch NZ)
  3. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your exchange or issue a store credit within 2 business days.
